Return policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any product purchased through our website, provided it meets the return requirements.

Please ensure that the item:

• Is undamaged, clean, and free from any signs of use.
• Includes all original tags and labels.
• Is carefully and securely packaged in its original packaging.

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the returned item until it is received at our warehouse.

If the return conditions are not fully met, we regret that we will be unable to process the return or exchange.

If you received a damaged product or have a quality-related complaint, please contact us by sending photos of the product and details of the damage, specifying the reason for your claim, to customercare@nukot.com. Alternatively, you can return the product with a completed return form, indicating the reason for the return, to the following address: CTPark Prague North, Hala: D8.7B unit B, Úžice 341/2, 277 45 Úžice, on business days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Once we receive the product or your complaint, we will send you an email regarding the return or a decision about the product’s quality within 5 business days.

Refunds for products purchased on our website are processed within 5 business days after the customer receives an email about the return confirmation or a decision on the product’s quality.

Please note that the initial delivery cost is non-refundable in the case of a return.
