Shipping policy

All orders are sent within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday. We do not work during the bank holidays of the  Czech Republic.

We deliver our products to the following countries:

Standard shipping – EU countries and the UK – the delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Other countries: 7-10 business days.
The delivery is not included in the price of a product. The delivery is paid separately when placing an order and paying for the product.

All parcels are sent from the Czech Republic by UPS, DPD, PPL and Zásilkovna delivery services and pick-up points Zasilkovna, DPD, Packeta, InPost. All parcels are insured by the delivery service UPS, DPD, PPL, Zasilkovna and based on the cost of purchased items.
When your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail with your delivery tracking number.

Taxes and fees

For EU countries, all taxes and fees are included in the price.
For other countries, please note that the price doesn't include import taxes and duties charged by the destination country. For accurate calculation of import taxes and duties, please contact your country's customs office.

Payments

We do not accept payments from citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
